The green lantern is a Bluetooth speaker. Simply turn on and connect to play music from your device!
Booked Time Only: Please arrive and leave within your scheduled slot. Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional fees.
Be Gentle: Return all furniture, props, and décor to their original places.
No Messy Props: Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, champagne sprays, or cake smashes must be approved in advance.
No Flames Indoors: No open flames in or around the studio. Candles may be used only with prior approval.
Clean Up: Please remove all trash and leave the space as you found it. Trash receptacles may be found at the gate on your way out.
Pets: Allowed only with advance permission.
Noise: This is a private residence—please be respectful of neighbors and volume.
Restroom Access: Since the residents may not be home at the time of your booking, restrooms and access to the home may not be available. Offsite restrooms can be found at Katherine Fleischer Park or Mills Pond Park, both only seconds from the studio.
You’re welcome to park in the cul-de-sac or along the adjoining residential streets. Please avoid blocking driveways or neighbor access.
The studio is outdoors and uncovered. You're welcome to shoot in the rain, but if weather or extreme heat interferes with your session, please reach out to reschedule.
